Comment 2: I am very much delighted to read such an
enticing news. I wish all the best to Mr. MINISTER and People of Bihar.
Being a bihari to the core of heart and watching the way biharis are
treatment mutely, I always felt the need of such an initiative by the
Govt. Everybody knows the more than 15 years of dark age BIHAR faced in
this 21st century. This step of the Govt, will surely bring back Biharis
and others to the State and the State will not be deprived of money paid
as rent to landlords and for other amenities by Bihari Student in other
student, if another step to strengthen the educational facilities too
are taken simultaneosly. I will be among the first lot to move back to
Bihar if the opportunities come.

Comment 3: It is really a news to be taken
seriously. This will definitely help all the sectors to be more
efficient specially Education,Police and Intelligence. We all know that
Bihar has a huge pool of talents specially in IT field. I humbly request
all decision makers to come forward in development of Bihar. Please keep
politics away from this field as it really need talents not the
politics.Warm reagards to the Government who has taken this decision and
all the best.
