2. बुलावा पत्र जमा करना : परीक्षा देने के लिए परीक्षा केद्र पर आते समय इस बुलावा पत्र के साथ अपनी मूल ई-रसीद / CBS चलान / NEFT रसीद और अपनी फोटो पहचान के प्रमाण मूल रूप में और साथ में फोटोकापी अपने साथ अवश्य लाऐं । बुलावा पत्र न लाने या अपनी मूल फीस भुगतान रसीद (ई-रसीद / CBS चलान / NEFT रसीद) अपने साथ न लानें और फोटो पहचान के प्रमाण मूल रुप में और साथ में फोटोकापी न लाने की स्थिति में आपको परीक्षा में बैठने की अनुमति नहीं दी जायेगी । ध्यान रहे आपको परीक्षा कक्ष में निरीक्षक के समक्ष बुलावा पत्र पर दिए गए संबंधित स्थान पर अपने दाएं अंगूठे का निशान लगाना है और हस्ताक्षर करने हैं । परीक्षा कक्ष में निरीक्षक जब उम्मीदवारों से बुलावा पत्र एकत्रित करता है तब अपने बुलावा पत्र के साथ अपनी मूल ई-रसीद/CBS चलान / NEFT रसीद और अपनी फोटो पहचान के प्रमाण की फोटोकापी ठीक प्रकार स्टेपल कर के उसे सौंप दें। बुलावा पत्र के निचले छोर पर दी गई पर्ची व्यक्तिगत संदर्भ के तौर पर अपने पास ही रखें।

Call letter to be Surrendered : Bring this call letter alongwith the original e-receipt / CBS challan / NEFT receipt and photo identity proof in original and a photocopy with you when you come to the venue for the examination. Write your Roll No. & Registration no. of Original e-receipt/CBS Challan/NEFT Receipt as well as on the photocopy of photo identity. You will not be permitted to appear for the examination if you do not bring the call letter alongwith the original fee payment receipt (e-receipt / CBS challan / NEFT receipt) and photo identity proof in original and a photocopy. You will be required to put your right thumb impression and sign in the respective spaces provided on your call letter in the presence of the invigilator in the examination hall. You should hand over your call letter alongwith the e-receipt / CBS challan / NEFT receipt and photocopy of the photo identity proof duly stapled together to the invigilator in the examination hall, when he collects the call letters from the candidates. Please retain the counterfoil at the bottom of the call letter with you for your personal record.

(iv) सूचना पुस्तिका के अन्त में दिए गए नमूना उत्तरपत्र पर पूरी तरह भरा हुआ व्यक्तिगत विवरण।

(v) दो एच बी पेन्सिलें, एक पेन्सिल शार्पनर और अच्छी किस्म का एक रबड़।

(iii) Photo identity proof such as Passport/PAN Card/ Driving License/Voter’s Card/Bank passbook photograph/Photo Identity Proof issued by a Gazetted Officer or People’s Representative/Identity card issued by colleges affiliated to Recognised Universities in original as well as a photocopy.

(iv) Completely filled in biodata information on the sample answersheet provided at the end of the Information Handout.

The candidates shall be required to qualify in each test as per cut-off marks determined on the basis of performance in each test. A Candidate failing to obtain the minimum in each test will not be sent a score card.
