Vision- Vision of the company is to become the benchmark manufacturing company providing world -class products to satisfies customer through improvement driven by the integrity.
Analysis like SWOT analyses is used by MEA for accessing four aspects of the business which are weakness, Strength, Opportunities, Threats. Pestel Analysis is used to analyze and monitor the macro-environment (external marketing factor) that impacts the organization.

Where they want to go -MEA wants to expands its organization and its market share and complete against larger firms globally, to achieve this goal Middle East Aluminum started developing strategic planning and roadmaps which will help company to achieve their future goals.
Core competency of the company includes the interpersonal skills, Business Skills and personal skills of the firm. Company’s employees have already made commitment for 5 years which resulted them a rapid growth which was a long-term growth. Company also is dedicated for the manufacturing and delivery of variety of aluminum finished products to the customers globally.

Primary activities which are involved by Porters analysis model those that go directly into the creation of a product or the execution of a service, including:
Inbound logistics -When the company receives an order from customers operating in divisions (Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Kuwait) the request is sent in the Cast House at the headquarters located in Bahrain for the manufacturing of Product based on the type of raw material iron, copper, aluminium, magnesium which are used.
And secondary actives involved which help primary activities become more efficient—effectively creating a competitive advantage—and are broken down into:
Procurement -Company uses a variety of purchased raw materials like iron, copper, aluminium, magnesium and convert them in the form of billets of aluminum alloys.
