Q3. stakeholder of the Middle East Aluminium is telecom companies which are using telephone ports, lightweight bicycle frames used by bicycle companies, aircraft part automobiles and golf clubs which are getting their product manufacturing from Middle East Aluminuim and they expect to get a good quality product from the Middle East Aluminuim organization and get good services of importing and exporting products which can come from the different outlets of the MEA. When these expectations of the stakeholder will meet, middle East Aluminium reach one step closer to its goal and will get the market shares of the other companies which will help MEA to reach up to its goal and maintain the proper position in the market globally to improve its production.

Internal process-Billets are made by raw material in Cast house situated in Bahrain and are shipped to other MEA locations to meet manufacturing demands since no Cast Houses exist in the other locations. Which are used by the other stakeholders for their product telephone poles, lightweight bicycle frames, aircraft parts, quality metal cased flashlights, and high-end golf clubs

Customer relationship -It helps in building a good customer relation as it delivers it services in every industries mentioned in case study.various models for sales and marketing managers for building competitive advantage by achieving sales and marketing integration. By that we can categorized the organization as decentralized as decision-making responsibilities are delegated by top management to middle and lower-level mangers. This frees up top management to focus more on major decisions.

Social -As this factor says the involvement of shared beliefs and unity within an organization to follow the work culture and career attitudes, age distribution etc MEA worked for 5 years in unity and proper career attitude to maintain the balance of growth and growth rapidly which also helped company to understand its needs internally and externally .

Q7.As described in the case study MEA is multi-national manufacturing organization which is manufacturing variety of products of aluminum and its alloys and uses different strategies for the present its growth for the development of an organization and to expand organization currently is using different raw materials for the production of products and manufactures into different countries where they supply there product from their headquarters and have many logistics partners to expand its business and for the future they are planning many strategies like internal and external organizational analysis, assessment, strategy formulation, implementation and evaluation to grow and expand its market share .they are also using diversification strategies to reduce the risk and to produce their brand image for that they are developing its product and using tools for the diversification analysis .

Vertical integration (Tutorial, 2020)is occurs when the organization undergoes different operation at same stages of production .MEA could use vertical integration by developing its organization within themselves and expand (american express, 2019) its manufacturing of the product used by different companies by adding new complimentary products which is done by internal diversification and which will help the business to grow and expand in many various sectors . MAE can also add services like exchange of the product after the completion of 50% life cycle of the product which will benefit the MAE in various ways like reusability of the product, recycling of the product and MAE also tends to improve its delivery services like it will help to change the delivery of the product address once the shipping is done .

The results of a strategy may be below expectations if the strategy was not aligned with company strengths or if the objectives were not attainable.

  • Develop Measurable Strategies –“if a strategy is effective, you have to be able to measure its performance and check whether it will achieve your company's objectives. The criteria of efficiency and effectiveness is critica”  improve customer service, you have to include a target, such as percentage of customer issues resolved to the customer's satisfaction, and a way to measure progress, such as customer surveys.
