MacVille is to become a national brand and is to be accepted as an integral part of the hospitality industry within the next five years. On top of that MacVille is to be perceived as a key component in the success of both large and small hospitality establishments.

The current organisational understanding and enactment of the mission and vision statements is that within the next five years MacVille’s will become a national brand, and will be accepted as an integral part of the hospitality industry. MacVille’s mission is to provide espresso coffee machine that meet efficiency, reliability and sustainability needs of their hospitality clients.
Revised Value statement
To identify more closely with the community MacVille’s serves. To be a good corporate citizen which recognises its responsibilities, to be an active participant in the local communities. To donate a certain percentage of profits yearly to a wide variety of community and non-profit organisations.
