Other literatures have pointed out not major reason behind influencing the employee is the reduction in satisfaction level it could be caused due to the organization, compensation, black of clarity in communication or it could be the declining reputation of the organization. Steel, Griffeth and Hom (2002) who claimed that it is important for the organization to have tailored retention strategies for every job position so that they could motivate them accordingly.
