Legal and political systems that country before entering the market

extremely high in command where the economy and political systems are isolated and tightly controlled by the government. Moreover, I have observed that investigating about legal systems also play important part to develop, manage and practice an organisation in different countries. Because of the implications for products time to market, costs and profit. Such as some legal framework may affect business gaining profit and increase employee’s welfare that increase cost to do business. Hence, we the future manager who will work in global environment need to be cautious and evaluate the market before entering each country.

Moreover, the course has taught me about human behaviours that related to their own culture. This acknowledge me about different in lifestyles, attitudes, perspectives and beliefs of people that might affect the way they collaborate in cross culture environment. Therefore, I can avoid arising issues that might happen in workplace due to the misunderstanding. ‘Motivate’ is another key term of this course which develop based on human’s aspects of live. To get this, we have to understand what the employee’s values and effectively used it to motivate them. Not everyone is the same, especially people from different culture. Such as most of Japanese are likely to be motivated by promotion and power. However, Mexicans value the time spending with their family. So, we have to build appropriate motivating processes for each culture due to the perspective differences to success on doing our business.
