A communication plan developed to share the progress of your team over the next twelve months of Retail Team Performance Plan Implementation. The plan has to refer to the communication process with each of the stakeholder groups outlined in the current BizOps operational plan and has to respond to the Task 6 requirements.

Part 1- Establish team performance plan
This part requires, you to review the information above and BizOps operational plan, business plan and performance, and development plan template.
You are required to establish team performance plan to lead and manage BizOps team effectiveness for your outlet.
Task One
This document should be appropriate to be distributed to the team members for a consultation process to establish a common understanding.
Task Two
You are required to develop a twelve-months performance plan for the retail team to establish the expected outcomes, outputs, key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals.
Task Three
Part 2- Develop and facilitate team cohesion
This part requires you to review the information above and BizOps organisational operational plan, business plan and performance, and development plan.
You are required to develop and facilitate team cohesion to lead and manage BizOps team effectiveness for your outlet.
Task Four
Outline the leadership techniques and strategies you would use to provide feedback to encourage, value and reward the individual contribution of your team members.
Part 3- Facilitate teamwork
This part requires, you to review the information above and BizOps organisational operational plan, business plan and performance, and development plan.
Task Five
BizOps expects its retail outlet managers to lead by example. Outline three strategies
/leadership techniques you should use to ensure you serve as a role model for your team.
