  1. Submit a Project management plan.

  1. Explain how you plan to provide information to team members about their role in the project and how they will be supported to meet quality outcomes and time lines.

  2. Explain how you will ensure a smooth transition to a previous job function or to a new role for seconded staff and contracted staff once the project is completed and closed off.

  • The final documents you submit for assessment will be assessed using the project criteria provided below. All project criteria must be covered for a satisfactory result.

  • You may refer to learning material as needed but answers must be your own and not copied from another source.
