Leadership
Job Satisfaction and the Motivation
Employee motivation is the key to an organization’s success. Without motivating employees in an organization, they will not be productivity, output will be low. Employee motivation can be increased by leading with the vision, also by setting frequent clear targets and by creating a welcoming work environment.
Conflicts
According to the admin officer of this organization there is not much conflicts in this organization. Having Friday as them only off day despite the government holidays is a conflict they have. Also it has been years since the salary structure has not reviewed. Salary has been giving to the same structure since then. Plus this year no promotion were given to any staff due to the pandemic. The greatest way to deal with workplace conflict is to prevent it from happening in the first place. Employees and people can do a number of things to help avoid conflict from arising in the first place. Defining acceptable behavior in the workplace is one of the suggested strategies for companies and organizations to avoid constraints. Furthermore, carefully evaluate the value of the employee's requirements and desires. Stopping to think about the relevance of an issue before responding can help you avoid complications and perhaps allow an issue to resolve itself over time. Because everyone has their own objectives and ambitions at work, taking this into consideration before performing certain actions may foster more cooperation, teamwork, and harmony.
