Undertake research, to identify the different legislative requirements and templates and resources available for preparing a recruitment and selection policy. Assume any information you require. The policy must clearly define the name and nature of the business, references to relevant legislation, with identified values and the benefits for a policy to be implemented.

Identify and list all stakeholders and clearly define their roles and responsibilities, in engaging and approving the (draft) policy.

• Your knowledge of relevant legislation

• Levels of risks identified, if this policy is not implemented

• Identify the different types of costs, which will be included in the implementation of the policy.

The (draft) policy or critical analysis should be no shorter than 1,500 words (approximately 5 pages), to provide adequate details and information required. In addition, please prepare an email explaining the importance of such a document and your recommendations, for future consideration.

(i) Introduction (an overview of the situation, what you are trying to achieve and your intended outcomes.

(ii) Body (or most significant part of the presentation, with key details). Please do not use the word “body” as a heading. This is the largest part of your submission.
