For Part A of this assignment, students are to:

Complete the ‘Competing Values MANAGEMENT PRACTICES SURVEY’ to identify your Leadership Role Profile. Note that this is the same survey that students were asked to complete in Topic 1. The Assignment Coversheet, hardcopy survey, computational worksheet and Leadership Role Profile (i.e. spiderweb) should all be submitted together as one document via Turn-it-in. These documents and the Turn-it-in link can be accessed from the ‘Resubmit Assignment’ folder on BlackBoard.

Formatting

The single document submitted for Part B of the assignment is to contain the following components and formatting features:

    1. The report is to include at least two distinct references from academic journal articles. You may cite your textbook and sources identified in it but they do not contribute to the reference count. Referencing newspapers, web-pages, or other ‘non- peer reviewed’ content is not permitted. Quoting is also not permitted. Paraphrase the information obtained from the various sources.
