Cost Risk: another very important and major risk that is associated with the project is cost risk, as currently the project is made conceptually and their might some of the cost which can occur during the time of implementation of the project such as hiring more technical people and potential contingency which might lead to cost risk (National Institute of Urban Affair, 2016), as there are certain events which are not predicted before can occur at the time of implementation. Therefore, to mitigate the issues, the project needs to have a contingency plan and contingency budget so that they have spare capital to invest during the uncertain events.
Conclusion
In the above report, it can be seen that India is one of the most populated countries after chain and according to the Multidimensional Poverty Index (MPI), the poverty rate of India is 27.9% which means that more than 1 out 4 people are extremely poor. Moreover, poverty is predominant in India and have severely hampered their basic accessibility towards the proper sanitation & hygiene; and standard of living. There are many reasons behind the cause of poverty and its impact on people. the major reason is a high rate of corruption in the country. over the years the corruption rate has significantly increased in India, where people have to bribe to access the basic amenities. Moreover, the government has significantly lacked in terms of sanitation especially for urban poverty due to the cluster of the monopoly of rich people. Moreover, due to the exponential growth in urbanization are the major underlying issues for prompting poverty in India. Therefore, it would be right to say that the major contributing factor for rising poverty is the exponential growth of population and urbanization which is the major reason behind the sanitization problem in the country.
