  • Psychological needs: Psychological needs are the basic needs of an individual that includes Clothing, food and shelter. these needs are considered to be dominant needs that needs to be satisfied. according to the Abraham Maslow’s believe that these needs are considered as hierarchical needs and when the individual is able to fulfil their lover level of needs then only it intends to go for higher level of needs. he further stated that fulfilment of these needs motivates the individual to go for next level of needs.

this theory believe that individual needs are followed the sequence which shifts from lower level to higher level. further explains that only after completing the primary needs, the secondary needs arise and Only when the secondary needs are fulfilled then only the next need is arises. That is why this theory is known as hierarchical theory, that is represented in pyramid.
