One-on-one interviews, after the presentation, the speaker can select one or two listeners and conduct one-on-one interviews with them, so that the speech can be improved in a targeted manner.

Focus group interview is a formal process with a group of people and using specifically developed questions. Focus groups could be held with persons who attended the presentation to get their feedback for use in reviewing the presentation.

Style guidelines – Each organization or company will have its own specific presentation format requirements, fonts, font sizes, colours, and more.

Access and fairness - Presenters must ensure that their presentations are not offensive to anyone or contain information that may be considered discriminatory.

5.Discuss three tips for preparing for and /or giving an effective presentation? For each tip, give a brief explanation.

  • Show your Passion and Connect with your Audience

While you’re giving the presentation, you also need to remain focused on your audience’s response, and react to that. You need to make it easy for your audience to understand and respond.

  • Keep it Simple: Concentrate on your Core Message

  • The second function that presentation aids can serve is to increase the audience’s chances of remembering your speech.

7.Describe two types of presentation aids that can be used to support presentations. For each one, explain how you would use the presentation aid to support the presentation.

8.Describe two types of presentation materials that can be used to support presentations. For each one, explain how you would use the presentation aid or material to support the presentation.

  • Handouts can contain some supporting literature and key points of some presentations. By this way the audience can understand the content of the speech more easily.

Task-3

1.

  • He should make sure that all the equipment’s which are necessary are ready and checked before the presentation

  • He should deliver the materials and when I am talking about it.

Several people also commented that the introductory slide on which I outlined the different sections at the beginning was helpful. This was a late addition and something I added after I had started rehearsing the presentation – I am glad that it did help to clarify the content.

There are a few other points that I would include in an evaluation of myself. There was a limited number of people in the seminar, but I don’t feel that this was a hindrance to my presentation – if anything it made the delivery easier and less intimidating! Overall, I am pleased with the way the task went and actually really enjoyed researching the topic and assembling the information in what was hopefully an interesting way. I also enjoyed the performance of the presentation itself. Presentations are quite a daunting prospect but I think that the most daunting tasks are the ones you gain the most from. Answering unseen questions at the end was something I was nervous about, but that actually provided fantastic practice at responding on the spot and organising thoughts in a coherent way. I feel that preparing and delivering the presentation has developed my confidence and I will look back on it as a very positive experience. It may well be the last time that I present as part of an academic course, and doing presentations over my time in education is definitely one of the things I feel has most prepared me for later life.

Greetings of the day, I am writing this letter regarding the presentation I have made, please find the attached Evaluation plan, updated PPT and also, I am sending the updated presentation aids and material as a hard copy

Kindly go through the document and give your feedback so that I can work upon it, hoping for a positive response
