Tallaght Ad deals with many companies, which they call clients. A record is kept of each client company and each company has 1 person who is the main contact for that company. His/her details are kept in the client record. Similarly Tallaght Ad nominates one staff member, a director, an Account manager or a member of the creative team to be the contact for each client.

Clients have advertising campaigns, and a record is kept of every campaign. One staff member, an account manager manages each campaign. Other creative staff may work on a campaign and staff may be working on more than 1 campaign at a time, for each campaign they work on they answer to the manager of that campaign, who may or may not be their own line manager.

The above tasks are completed by the company secretary.
