The purpose of this assessment is for you to explore your developing understanding of osteopathy and to develop reflective practice skills in preparation for entering the VU student teaching clinic. You will develop your goal setting skills through development of SMART goals that will support your transition into the role of student practitioner in the VU teaching clinics.

INSTRUCTIONS
Use the DIEP model to analyse aspects of your observations, experiences and clinic workbook tasks to write a reflective report. This report should include discussion of the themes; strengths, challenges and opportunities for the future.
You present a case to the clinical supervisor and find it a challenge to discuss the case in a comprehensive and concise manner.
You observe a treating student applying a patient reported outcome measure (PROM) that you are unfamiliar with and you identify this as an opportunity to improve your knowledge of PROMs for a particular condition or patient cohort.
