One of the major internal factors that could influence the project management process is the organizational culture. The organization have formed unique and desirable cultures, these cultures directly relate reflects upon the norms, shared values, expectations and beliefs. apart from that it also indicates about their policies and procedure and also provide an overview about the authority relationship. it would be right to say that organization culture directly influences the project management process for example a team proposing a high-risk approach tends to get approval from either in an aggressive organization or when it comes to entrepreneurial organization. Apart from that the structure that is found for performing the organization often results in constraints that are associated with the availability of resources for the project. as organizational structures can be of any type it could be either functional organization or projectized organization But it could be a metrics organization. however different type of organizational structure can impact the project management process as every structure had different special teams for handling a critical project and it also varies when it comes to set up operating procedure and all this structure had different reporting structure. hence it can be said that the structure directly influence the project management process. Lastly it would be also right to say that the vision, mission, beliefs, cultural norms, authority relationship , code of conduct and ethics directly influences the project.
