Art critique assignment
That we women are not Just about beauty but we are also strong and unbeatable. ATONE ART GALLERY Atoner’s art gallery is bigger than Miriam college’s, but do have something in common.. The beautiful art works that are made uniquely and passionately. The gallery has this quiet ambiance that made me really focused on each painting and splay. Every section has a different theme, I liked the right side of the gallery wherein there is a section that is lighted with neon lights and has this paintings of funny sexual themed things. They have green meaning but still was painted beautifully.
There Is also a Jewelry display that caught my attention, the necklace that is designed with human fingers, I don’t know if it is real but I hope its not because it really socked me. It was said in the caption that it was preserved so we assumed that it is real and was made a long time ago while in the time wherein cannibalism was popular. Our imaginations really went running that moment and it was fun because of some Jokes at the side. Going back to the critique, even though my favorite section was In the right part of the gallery, I have picked my favorite painting on the left.
The last portrait was Gloria MacDougal Arroyo’s the president before our latest Benign Aquinas Ill. She has this smile on her face that make me think that she has no problems at all. The oil really gave a good effect on the portraits because it really looked realistic. I had this idea that the message of the painting is for us to see that the bigger criminals are not suffering for what they did, but those who are little people that don’t have popularity in society are suffering so much for the crimes that wont measure more than the rimes that the two former president made.
The painting really showed our culture of being brave to what our feelings say, we are not afraid to do things that will help a million people than to Just keep quiet and help those few who are suspects due to our suffering and pain. The artist’s role here would be to give people an idea on what is really happening and the truth, that the powerful are slowly taking over Justice. We should stand up and make things right. I m really thankful that I saw This painting because it made more awake on the issues of our government.
