Step 4 - Receive result
To students who are authorized to receive zakat, the person in charge such as Ustaz or Ustazah will inform them via the student portal or through whatsapp. So for those who have been denied, the application will have to be reapplied. They will contact you via the student portal by including a list of names. The notice will indicate the time, date and place of the interview.

Step 5 - Go to interview
Students should carry relevant documents along with them to the interview session. The person responsible for zakat will interview and will be able to determine during the session whether or not the applicant is a suitable person to receive zakat aid.

In addition to that, the system helps to reduce cost of service. This means that the cost needed for manually processing zakat, using paper, or using ink to print out the form can be minimized and zero waste generated by using e-zakat application.

Additionally, the system is highly secured that prevents the user from getting fraud or being misused, so we don't have to worry about our personal information being used the wrong way. There are barely any reports of scamming students, or distributing their personal information elsewhere.
