Executive Summary
The primary objective of the paper is to develop the software through the process of ontology. The objective of ontology is to follow a knowledge graph. This graph includes elements that specify each type of variable. The proposition is to make the relational model more understandable and readable. This report is for developing software that is specifically oriented towards students so that can go through their studies properly. The objective of this report is to present a solution for developing the application through ontologies. As it incorporates a knowledge graph that is comprehensive and quite suitable with the requirement. The paper will deliver a comprehensive set of information taking a substantial reflection from an academic journal that is already based on the concept of ontologies.
Introduction
Literature Review
Ontology-based-design approach has proven to be as an important aspect as focuses on improving the learning experience and environment by adding intelligent layer based on semantic representations of the domain, or pedagogical model or activities. Ontology based design approach is usually based on domain, which provides conceptualized domain- dependent knowledge, with which every individual learner gets to improve their learning process. First-aid domain ontology and OntoQue has been developed in which the questions are being added based upon the knowledge defined as concept, sub-concept and inter-relation between those concepts (Ahmed & Parsons, 2011).
The ontology-based design approach is given out to give rise to scientific hypothesis. In this type, the learner needs to construct a hypothesis from the collected data. They have to visit a natural environment and collect the sample of soil, which includes three measures of collecting that data- the pH level of that soil, the percentage of soil texture found and the type of plant that grows on that soil. The learner will have to understand the relation between measures and construct hypothesis.
The introduction and innovation of this technology helped every individual and learner out there. It helped in to engage the learner in exploring new ideas, experimenting science enquiry investigations in a better way. The value of an ontology-based design approach in Science has been depicted in better form. The purpose of this approach was to highlight the use of mobile in the field of science and how learners can utilize it in many ways. The practical approach of this ontology can be highly seen used by the science learners.
About the Project
The fundamental design methodology adopted for the development of application is building knowledge graph which is meant to facilitate communication among every node. The common analogy is establishing robust communication between software developers and domain experts. The software developers are meant to program different modules of which is bound to connect front end to back end whereas domain expert defines the knowledge graph through which all the modules are connected. The development of software is taking place in accordance with the requirement placed by the client that is related to data processing (Munir & Anjum, 2018).

Development Environment
Let us take a test condition. The user enters its field like engineering. Now, the program will give options to select the subjects. Suppose the user selects Computer Science. Here, the program will interpret the defined data and goes to assessment tasks. Depending upon the number of tasks, the program displays the output on the interface. Suppose 50 minutes are set for each assessment, and the user enters 4, then the program will display the time as 3 hours and 20 mins. Moreover, it will also provide the strategy based on the difficulty that fits best to the user.
Deployment Environment
The primary language used in the development of the program is Java. It will be coming with a bunch of APIs depending upon the requirement. Since the program is mobile-based, the environment will set up using XHTML Basic, Mobile SVG, SMIL Mobile, XForms, CSS Mobiles, and MWBP. The web application used in the app is XHTML, CSS, XSL, and WICD. The web services protocol applies using SOAP, MTOM, WSDL, WS-CDL, and WS-A (Asuquo & Usip, 2018).
