Identification of possible outcomes (10 points): Describe all of the potentialoutcomes foreach source of uncertainty that you are focusing on in you analysis, in terms of the performance measure associated with your objective function. Explain how you estimated the values of each of these outcomes. It might be helpful at this stage to sketch a preliminary version of adecision tree so that you can clearly establish the logical relationships between each alternative, the associated risks and the outcomes.
Evaluation of associated probabilities (10 points): Determine the probability associated with each of the potential outcomes you described in Section 4. Describe the process you used to estimate these probabilities. Is there any potential forbias in this process? If so, how might you reduce this bias?
Conclusion (5 points): Briefly summarizeyourdecision process and the outputs of the process that you can use to help guide yourdecision. Based on what you learned from this process, what should the final decision strategy be? Explain.
Your report should be no more than 10 pages long (single-spaced, font size >= 10, 1-inch margins), including figures/tables and references. Please do not include acoverpage. Your report should be submitted via Blackboard. An abstract is not required forthis project, but I would be happy to provide feedback on your choice of decision problem, if you wish.
