Part III: Issues and Analysis
Identify one or two issues relevant to the management of the event (e.g., communication, venue management, attendance, logistics provision, community engagement, risk management, crowd management, cleaning/environmental issues)
Analyse the potential causes of the identified issues. Support your analysis with references of theories discussed in the course;

Part IV: Conclusion
Write a brief summary of the case analysis;
Identify alternative solutions to the issues discussed where possible;
