Management - In Preparation For Assessment Answer

In preparation for the assignment, hopefully, you have already taken the two EQ tests (as on the A1) and asked 2 friends to complete the same two tests about you. Please remember to keep both the scores and answers for a better analysis. If you have done it, great! If not, do not wait until the last moment and complete these two tasks this week. Once the tests are completed by you and your friends, use the Johari Window (discussed at the end of Workshop 2) to compare your results with your friends’ results (about you). You do not need to explain what the Johari Window is, just mention its 4 parts: Open, Blind, Hidden and Unknown and briefly define each. Then, using the results of your tests, analyse how some of the results fall into the Open category (and why), and some to Blind (and why) and others to Hidden (and why). Then briefly discuss what are opportunities or challenges of the Unknown category. This is Part 1 of your Assessment. In Part 2, using your tests, analyse your strengths and weaknesses. In Part 3, reflect what competencies and skills you can develop to be a global citizen. It is a very practical and reflective part which will help you to develop a higher awareness of your strengths and skills. In this part, you will need to use readings from Week 1 of your Weekly Resources (as well as reference them in Harvard style: both in the text and in your reference list).
