You are the project manager for the case project, and required to prepare the relevant documentation for the project goals, scope, and general overview. Read your project case detail carefully: 1. Provide an overview of the Case Study project’s overall delivery life cycle process or methodology. This should describe the delivery life cycle stages, methods and processes that will be used to monitor and control the project successfully through to completion and a discussion of how 'success' will be measured. Include project delivery phases, processes and/or life cycle. Also description and well supported process for selecting this approach over others.
