Example is where you refer to specific details from the case that demonstrates the technique/ concept. Finally, you need to explain/ elaborate on why and how this technique/ concept will help the restaurant to meet its competitive priorities. Another way to approach the explanation is to think about the benefits of implementing such techniques. 4. A little similar to 3, but remember to link your points back to the question as much as possible! This way you can be sure that you have actually answered the question.
