The team might not be readily applying the procedure effectively. There might be discontent and dissatisfaction arising amongst team members. A suitable risk management plan that identifies potential risks which might have been encountered will allow catering to them. A risk management plan includes the following;

(1) Identify possible risks that might arise from various processes that people have to conduct

(2)  Identifying any possible cost related contradictions that might arise and budgetary constraints that might be imposed on the organization.

(3) Segregating risks in terms of those that can be overcome, which need to be avoided and those that need to be mitigated.

(4) Analyse and identify personnel who all will be responsible for handling risk related procedures.

(5) Defining an appropriate time frame within which risks assessment and its treatment has to be completed.

(6) Deal effectively with risks such that it can be overcome or dealt with effectively.

(7) Set KPI (key performance indicators) scores for each risk that need to be overcome.

An operational plan need to be designed for the team based on current competencies as per organizational strengths and weaknesses. The team competencies for the current organization primarily consist of capability to handle large number of patients, capability to handle effectively patient records. Strengths in catering to outdoor patients and handling emergency situations well. These are some of the organizational strengths as well.
