The company is becoming a plague global with 370 million people on the 4000 Islands in the Asia Pacific area lacking safe waste management. The solution of Plastic collective company is based on the 3 basic and unique pillars. Along with this, environmental sustainability is a capability or ability to maintain rates of pollution creation, renewable resource harvest and non-renewable resource depletion that could be continued indefinitely. Sustainability is an effective discipline within the business and environmental fields (Gleeson et al, 2010). It is stated that the company is entertaining tremendous issues and challenges while operating and managing the business internationally. It is no wonder scientists have predicted over 8 million tones of plastic are entering sea every year.

The countries like the UK, US, and Australia have an average plastic consumption rate of approx 50-70 kg person per year, as compared to less wealthy and developing nations like Indonesia, China and Philippines with 10-50 kg of plastic waste per person per year. The means of transport people use everyday journeys are one of the biggest causes of CO2 emissions and air pollution. Fossil fuels are major things of the past. As for mobility, these polluting choices or sources have been recycled by the mixture and more innovative hydrogen technology and resources in private vehicles as well as public transports. These educational programs further help in determining and evaluating the adequate use of plastics. The Shruder programs and sessions have been implemented by the firm to offer societies end to end and innovative plastic recycling solutions. The mobility of Shruder program and session permits recycling machines and tools to eliminate and detect the wastage in Islands and isolated areas (Montiel, 2008).
