It has been investigated that employees are considered as an important asset of the organization. If employees are not there in the workplace then it can create difficult situation to manage the activities of the workplace. There are various factors that determine the behavior of the people in the workplace and employees are also shaped by considering the own culture of the organization. It has been examined that employees behave in a different manner at work and it is important to focus on behavior of the employees so that behavior of the employees can be managed (Argyris, 2017).

It is essential for the employees to respect each other so that it can be easy to create positive environment in the workplace.  If an employee is conveying their messages in a rude manner then it is known as an unethical act. It has also been seen that the behavior of the employees affect the routine activities of the company. The behavior of the individual is concerned with the satisfaction level related to job. In the recent scenario, it can be seen that the company emphasizes on maintaining the satisfaction level of the workers who are maintaining the routine activities.  If the employees are focusing on completing the task then it is important to focus on enhancing the satisfaction level that can direct maintain the overall productivity level. The workers who are not able to satisfy with their job can create various issues for the company which can negatively affect the image of the company (Hillson and Murray-Webster, 2017).

By considering the satisfaction towards job it has been seen that employees should have positive attitude so that it can be easy to maintain the positive environment in the workplace. To maintain proper competition in the workplace it is important to emphasize on creating positive attitude of the employees. Also the employees can only give their best when they are dedicated towards work.  It can directly affect the overall development and profitability of the company (Steingold,  2017).

It has been analyzed that behavior in the workplace of the employees is related with the people and the groups who are completing the operations of the company. There are various challenges that are faced by the managers to manage the behavior of the employees.

The first aspect is related with diversity.  It has been examined that there are many people in the workplace who are doing their activities.  The individuals who are focusing on completing the operations belong to background which is different and also with the different age and culture.  To manage the diversity is considered as the major challenge which is faced and it will also affect the entire working of the company.  There are people of different background and behavior towards the work which is assigned to them. So, it has been analyzed that it can make issue for the company and also for the managers to focus on the behavior of the employees.  By focusing on different behavior there are various problems that are seen in the workplace (Temminck, Mearns and Fruhen, 2015).

So, it is necessary for the managers of the company to focus on considering the right decisions by taking into consideration the problems related to the parties.  It is important that decisions which are considered should be right and also the parties should be happy and satisfied. When the employees of the organization are happy then they will give their best towards the activities of the company.  If the level of contribution increases then it can be easy to achieve the overall targets (Van den Heuvel, Schalk and van Assen, 2015).

The next aspect is concerned with ethics.  In this it has been evaluated that by focusing on the use of media the problems which can occur can be related to the large number of people in less time. The company also emphasizes on the policies that are related with the behavior within the workplace.  The challenge for the company is that it boosts the behavior which is ethical in the workplace.  The behavior of the employees focuses on the policies of the company. It is important for the company to emphasize on maintaining the overall organizational behavior of the employee so that it can be easy for the workers to feel dedicated towards the overall activities which are given to them (Singh, 2017).

The next aspect is related with the employee resistance. It has been analyzed that this is considered as the complex process that is faced by the company. Due to employee resistance it has been seen that negative outcome can be seen. There are many cases on which the resources are given to the company so that employees can manage the activities and can also attain the overall goals. The change which is seen on the company can also impact the employee behavior. So, it is important to focus on the change related with the employees so that it can be easy to maintain the employee resistance and it can also help to accept the changes that are made by the managers (Kim and Kim, 2013). If they accepted it then the decisions which are made by the company are also concerned with the change then only the company can focus on implementing it. By emphasizing on the interest in context to the employees the changes should take place so that activities can be enhanced and goals can be attained in the workplace. It is important for the company to emphasize on focusing on the change related to the work so it is important to provide effective training to the employees so that it can be easy to enhance positive behavior of the employees towards the activities.

Technology and innovation is also considered as the next aspect. The behavior of the employees is also related with the technology and innovation. In the present era, the challenge for the company is also concerned with technology and innovation. The company can attain success if there is flexibility and also if the quality of the products are maintained in the competitive market. The employees also have the main role in innovation and also in maintaining the change that can take place in the workplace. The challenge which takes place is related with stimulation of the creativity and innovation of the workers (Yidong and Xinxin, 2013).

If the technology that is taken into consideration does not reduce the workload of the employees then negative affect can be seen on the entire behavior of the employees. If the em1ployees are not satisfied then it can lead to inefficiency towards the work and also the negative impact can be seen on the working environment of the company.  It is necessary for the company to emphasize on considering the latest technologies so that it can be easy to attain profits and also it can help to create positive attitude of the employees (Certo, 2018).

Goals and objectives are considered as the last aspect. It has been seen that company has to face the challenge which is concerned with accomplishing the goals of the organization. By emphasizing on the management of the employee behavior it has been seen that it is the responsibility of the manager to maintain proper workplace. If the manager is not focusing or able to understand the behavior of the employees then it can be difficult to complete the activities (Zeng and Honig, 2017).

The negative results can also be seen of the employees are dissatisfied with the job. So, it is important to focus on the maintaining the behavior of the employees. If the employees are positive towards their activities or they have positive behavior then it can be simple to attain profits and also the level of productivity enhances. The behavior of the employees emphasizes on the management of the company by providing the activities which is interesting for them and it is also important to focus on offering incentives so that motivation level can be enhanced (Memon et al., 2014).

So, it can be seen that organizational behavior can assist the company to consider the challenges and also help to give them solutions. It has been seen that behavior of the employees can also affect the entire growth of the company. The challenges can also been seen that on the opportunities which are related with the profits. It is the responsibility of the employees to emphasize on the activities so that it can be easy to complete the activities on time and also with proper efficiency.

The behavior also gets influenced by the attitude of the employees which also creates the problem that should be encountered by the company. So, to achieve growth and success in the competitive market, it is important for the company to focus on marinating the behavior of the employee so that they can also feel motivated and happy towards their work. Positive behavior of the employees can help the company to accomplish goals and targets within the given time frame and also it create positive environment for the other employees to complete their activities on time.
