Google and Deloitte U.K. are the two companies where I will like to work. Google is a global valuable company that has a market cap of around $ 550 billion. Deloitte provides audit, consulting and services related to financial advisory in the global platform (Gabaldon and Gröschl 2015).

Large Organisations like Google and Deloitte can teach the people valuable skills that can help the person to grow. They can learn and sharpen their skills relating to their particular domain. It helps one in gaining practical skills that is crucial for one’s profession (Storey 2016).  These companies can make the life of the employees easier by offering them with additional facilities like gaming centers and organic gardens that can make the life of the employees easier. They even offer death benefits to the family of the deceased employee. They also offer a Global Education Leave Program so that they can take leave in order to pursue further education. They provide employees with the opportunity to positively have an impact on society with the help of their technology (Carlson 2015).

My desired salary as the business manager is around 86,000 Euro (on annual basis). They are paying the amount as they know that paying adequately would help the employees in getting job satisfaction.

The professional qualification that will be required for this sector is a degree in business management. An additional degree in Diploma in Accounting and Finance from LSE Accounting can help me in gaining the skills that will be required for this position. 

2. I have B.Sc honours Degree in Business management (in the sector of finance) and financial analyst, credit analyst, accounting manager, insurance manager and cash manager are the different positions that I can look for.

I would like to work as the financial manager of a company. The financial manager is responsible for the interpretation of budgets, reports and undertaking of strategic analysis. They can assist in the strategic planning of the firm and produce business plan. They can manage the financial systems and manage budgets of an organisation. They can do business modelling and assess risks. The key skills that are required for financial manager relates to good communications skills, commercial awareness and ability to work within a team (Gabaldon and Gröschl 2015).

 The other skills that will be required relates to problem solving and analytical skills. Having skills relating to numerical ability is also crucial for the position of financial manager.

Companies like Google, Deloitte, Arcadia Group Limited and Limited Goal have core values that help in creating their vision. The core values of the companies are accountability, balance, commitment, innovation, integrity and ownership. The core values of the companies fits with me as I like to assume responsibility for my actions that makes me accountable. I like to maintain a healthy work-life balance and my company also takes a proactive stand so that the workers feel satisfied at the workplace. I am a committed employee and I feel committed for the service in the organization. I like to pursue new ideas that can bring changes to the world. The companies also want to produce innovative services that can have a significant impact on the lives of the people (Carlson 2015). I act with honesty and never compromise on the element of truth. I  like to take ownership and the companies also want to take care of the employees along with the customers.

Additional Qualifications that can be helpful for the position of Financial Manager are Level 7 Diploma in Business Skills that one can get from  London School of International Business. A short course in Financial Accounting can also prove to be useful for the position of business manager and one can pursue it from The Open University UK (Custódio and Metzger 2014).
