Introduction
The objective of this formal report is to guide Interstate Inc to choose most viable country out of four for their pilot project of starting offshore call center for the clients of the company. There are two broad spectrum factors of population and economic factor. Population factor is segmented with total population, population under 15 and educational qualification for the population to handle the job. Economic factor is segmented with GP per head, cost of living of those countries in comparison to USA as base, competitiveness in respect of world rank and operating cost for running business comparing with Japan as base. Proper analysis of these factors can guide the company to decide upon the country they should choose to ensure viability of the pilot project. This report will help the company to decide the outsourcing destination for call center out of those four countries. (Jenkins, 2015)
Analysis- Population factor
Population factor is the basic criterion for deciding the problem issue of choosing offshore call center destination. This macro factor can be divided into different micro factors like total population, eligibility of population as per age and educational background.
Total Population
It is evident from total population data that out of the four countries, India and China have huge population base. So it is easy to get the coveted result from the call centre pilot project the company wishes to start. (Bureau, 2017)
