This report consists of a case study of Scene Brokers situated in Australia. The Scene Brokers is a company which acts as medium in between the venues and the customers. This company wants to manage its operation with business planning process. They want to extend their business with online reservation of the venues taking contracts and give special rate deal that are available with them. The company wants to build an online website and wants system design for supporting the operation of Scene Brokers. The company is introducing many new operation for targeting the individuals. Scene Brokers needs a business management report that can identify the system design by controlling all its operations.

This report shows a use case for Scene Brokers which describes the information that are analyzed for the requirements. All the description of the use case are described in this report. Scenario

Scene Brokers wants to make its processes automatic by developing a website and a mobile app so that the customers can login to the account and view all the venues that are empty for booking. The management of Scene Brokers wants to make it business online. The customer needs to login to the system for which they have to sign up to the system database by making a payment of $100. After login, the customer can view the places by providing preferred number of guests who will attend the occasion. Admin can manage the details of venue and manages the booking done by the customer. The database administrator also have to login to the system for accessing the data in the system. There are also agents who will provide other facilities to Scene Brokers. The agents confirms the booking made by the customer on preferred date and then the admin confirms the date to the customer. All the data of the customer and history of the customer are stored securely by the database administrator of the system.

Triggering Event

The triggering effect of this use case is that the customer can view different venues in Australia for organizing events with a maximum of 500 guests. The customer, admin, agents, as well as the database administrator have to login in to the system for viewing the data in the system.

Brief Description

The use case that is shown above shows all the processes that are to be carried out in Scene Brokers for making an online website page and an app. The use case helps Scene Brokers to maintain all the processes within the system. The use case shown above four actors in the system who are responsible for maintaining the processes in the system. The actors in the use case performs different tasks for maintain the processes properly in the system.

The system that is designed for this company helps the user to sign in by paying the required amount for registration. The system then allows the user to select the booking date for the event to be organized, and after the approval of the admin and the agent, the customer can book the venue for the even that is to be organized.
