Implementation Plan Sample Assignment

Starting at the beginning of the year we want to start offering a variety of different pastas such as chicken alfredo, baked ziti, and homemade lasagna. We work alongside all the cooks at our three restaurants that serve actual dinner entrees. We will also include our owners and add our other three restaurants who don’t serve entrees. In February, we will introduce alcohol at all of our restaurants beings it is only offered at three locations right now. We will do this by getting our liquor license and making sure our employees have their ABC license. In April, right before the summer we want to start delivery we will incorporate this by getting the prober insurance, making sure our drivers have insurance, and have a transitional phase throughout the month of March. These are going to be some major changes over the four-month period, so we will need to make sure all our employees are aware of the changes coming. The company is going to type up a packet and assure all our employees have them and make them aware of the changes coming over the next few months.

Evaluation Metrics and Control

Pizza King will offer online reviews on our website to monitor the new changes. The company will do a trial run throughout those four months to make sure the company is running smooth with the new changes. For upcoming changes in the near future, the company will use the crowdsourcing method to get new ideas and be aware of any complaints. Pizza King is going to work closely with their employees and going to monitor them weekly during the changing period. They are going to work hand in hand and this will allow the company to respond quickly to negative comments about the changes.
