Interest of Stakeholders in the project

Names of stakeholders

Level of Interest and Impact

Reason of Interest

Project Team

Both are high

Leads a project with all the team members that are involved in successful completion of the project. This includes the project manager also.

They are interested because completion of the project for the benefit of headspace is their main aim and they are paid for the work they do.

Project Manager

Interest and impact are high

This is one of the most important stakeholders of headspace. The manager manages the whole team that is involved in doing the project.

The main interest of the project manager is to lead the team so that headspace gets benefitted from that and there is also an interest that is related to money.

Marketing Team

Both are high

The marketing team promotes the application and also promotes the services that headspace provides. The main duty of marketing team is to make an interaction with the client.

The successful working of the company depends on the way on how the marketing team works for promoting the services of headspace.

Finance Team

Interest is high but impact is low

The finance team makes the budget of the team. The projects that are taken by the headspace need some capital for completing it (Henning et al., 2014). This team gives the amount of money required to complete the project.

The main reason of interest of the finance team is to supply the project team with the amount of money they need to complete the project for the successful of Headspace.

The Government of Australia supports the headspace and gives financial support to the team if they need it for developing the project.

Servers the youth and the people mainly between the age of 12 to 25 who are mentally affected and leads to improvement of the country.

Table showing the interest and duties of all the stakeholders

To gather the information about the headspace and admitting their child or youths in headspace is the main concern of the carer, friends and family of victims (Killackey, Mcgorry & Rickwood, 2014). To know the services that the headspace provides is the main area of concern of the family members of the victims. The questions that are frequently asked are as follows.

The question are asked to the stakeholders of marketing team who are responsible for giving the details of the services that are provided by Headspace.

The Manager,

Management Team

I would like to know all the services that you provide regarding the treatment of headspace. I have a list of questions that I would like to know about.

Why Psychiatric treatment is suggested for our child and will it help our child?
Is there any other services that is an alternative of the psychiatric treatment and how are they compared?
Is adolescent psychiatrist and a child admits our child to hospital?
How inpatient treatment is included and will our child be able to attend the school?
What does the child and adolescent psychiatrist responsibilities are?
What is the time period our child is going to stay in the hospital and what is the average cost of admitting a child and how to pay the services that are being provided?
If it is not possible for us to bear the expenses of the hospital, is there any insurance policy that may help with our expenses in the hospital for the time period our child is admitted in the hospital?
Is there a special ward for the child and adolescence and is the hospital is accredited by JCAHO?
What are the involvements of the parents of the child at the time of treatment as well as post care treatment for improvement of the child?
When it is decide that our child is ready to be discharged and what are the plans that should be followed after our child is being discharged?

I would like to know about the questions that have been stated above regarding the treatment that is done in the headspace.

Thank You.

Use Case Diagram

Description: The use case diagram of the Headspace Management is shown above (McGorry, Bates & Birchwood, 2013). It consists of Finance Management Team, Market Management Team, Record Systems Team, Doctors and staffs and the Receptionist. The receptionist gives the admission to the patients that come for the admission. The doctors that are available are appointed to the patients (Gwinner, 2016). Also the tests that are prescribed by the doctors are appointed by the receptionist and accordingly time is given to the patients. The receptionist needs to login in the system every day. The amounts that are received from the allotment of the bed and for the operations that are to be held are the income of the system (Van Dyke, Rickwood & Telford, 2015). All the income and the expenditure that goes out from the system are maintained by the Finance Management System (Poon et al., 2016). The staffs that are associated with the Headspace system have to login the system every day. They also draw the salary from the system. The doctor sees the patient and does the treatment accordingly (Bunzli et al., 2015). The work of the record system is to add, delete or any edits that are required for the system or any change in them. The information system keeps the record of the beds that are allotted to the patients, the information of the patients and the reports of admission and discharge of a particular patient (Hamilton et al., 2016). The Marketing Management Team deals with the families and carers of the patients and the queries they have related to the system services.

One of the important use cases that can be identified in Headspace Management System is the Marketing Management System (Christensen et al, 2013). All the queries that the family member of the children and the adolescence have are all solved by the marketing team. The services that are provided by the Headspace are promoted by the marketing management. All the questions and queries that the customers have regarding the treatment process and the payment mode process are all answered by the Marketing Management Team.

The types of stakeholders that are related with the Headspace are also studied using a stakeholder map.
