After evaluating the case study of “The Gold and Diamond Watch” I have observed that Ryan has faced an ethical issue while playing the role of an efficient salesman. In the young age of 24 Ryan primarily focuses on business profit and market image and reputation rather than following proper business values. For that reason the person has to pay for the entire life by losing his job for ever. From that case study I have observed that a young salesman of 24 years old has made a sales trip from Sydney to Middle East. Abdul as a purchasing officer has claimed that he will help Ryan in placing the orders in Middle East. In return, the person needs a gold Rolex watch. This particular approach is strongly opposed by his boss named Charles. However, after communicating with other colleagues Ryan has decided to purchase Rolex watch in order to enter in the market of Middle East. After receiving the new of breach of trust Charles has decided to terminate Ryan as an employee.

After going through this case study I have evaluated that business ethics and organizational behaviour leaves major significance in maintaining organizational image and reputation. This kind of negative promotion according to me highly affects the rhythmic flow of business. Therefore, I strongly agree to that fact that Ryan could have made the market entry strategy in a different way instead of accepting the unethical approaches made by Abdul. After giving tests by using diagnostic tools I have observed that my theoretical and economic value is high with the help of which I can apply my theoretical knowledge on how to grab the attention of customers by making effective marketing strategy. Still, I should not get provoked in any kind of unethical approaches thrown by others. In evaluating my leadership score I have achieved high marks which enable me to take proper decision in the right time. In case of Ryan I have observed that the decision making skill and competency level of that individual was not very up to the market. Therefore, after receiving this kind of proposal from Abdul Ryan got confused and finally took a wrong decision which has affected his career highly. As an efficient business associated I should have a leadership quality which enables me to take proper decision at the right time.

I got the result that my moral competency skill is 65 which signifies moderate. In case of Ryan the individual has low moral competency level due to which he agreed in providing gold Rolex watch to the purchasing officer. However, as an individual salesperson I need to have strong moral competency power with the help of which I can easily fight against any kind of miss-approaches. If I have been placed in the role of Ryan I did never agree in this kind of mischievous approaches. My self-morality, my ethical concern and value could have been a major prevention on my path. Therefore, as per my point of view Ryan has made a wrong decision due to which the individual will have to pay for the entire life.  But at the same time, I have a different opinion regarding the decision of Charles imposed on Ryan. He could have given a chance to Ryan for rectifying his mistake rather than giving his ultimate verdict. Termination is not the ultimate solution to bring back ethics within business organization. By providing an effective training on ethics and morality Ryan should get a chance to improve his moral competency skill. 

Case study two is all about national transport services conducted by a business person named Richard Chang. In quest of expanding business services of airline among lucrative American and Canadian market Richard has decided to improve their service quality immensely. By providing low budget airline services this individual has dragged the attention of large number of target customers. Richard was a driven entrepreneur who is primarily famous for meeting customers’ demand within stipulated deadline. On 15th December the company received a call from maintenance department of Vancouver by highlighting the fact that a faulty fuel pump is identified in A380s. Large number of passengers has showed their extreme level of dissatisfaction after getting this news. However, this particular incident has affected the brand image and reputation of an organization immensely.

As an entrepreneur the person should follow proper ethics, beliefs and values in their services. As per my point of view, along with maintaining effective services the business experts have to deliver superior quality of products as well. Product quality should be high so that Richard can easily grab the attention of target customers. In addition, if I would have opened an entrepreneurship on airline I should be very much concerned about the configuration quality of airline. Otherwise, it would become a major life risk for numerous passengers due to providing low quality of products. This particular incident has become an ethical issue as it has become a major life risk for many of the passengers who are using the services of A380s. If I would have been in place of Richard I could have dealt the issue on other way. I would not like to compromise on the quality of products delivering to the customers.

My creative activity score is high with the help of which I could have rendered business innovation within organization. On the other hand, I have gone through that Richard is very much strict and rude towards the existing employees. The organization intended to terminate the employees without showing any sympathy if the employees fail to meet target. This particular action taken by Richard is completely unethical. I will never prefer to sack employees without serving notice period or warning letter. In addition, my moral competency skill is high due to which I would like to give second chance to my employees who are under performing for few days. I would like to communicate with those employees personally why they are unable to meet effective organizational target. In addition, I have observed that my disgust score is very low which signifies a positive impact on the overall process of business. In order to deal with the people of different cultural backgrounds and psychological attitudes I need to have patience competence. With the help of effective patience I should have proper concern with every single employee associated at the workplace.

However, after summarizing the two case studies in different context I can summarize that organizational ethics and behaviour leaves major significance. With the help of organizational values and beliefs the business experts can find out their own ways of maintaining sustainability and image (May, Luth & Schwoerer, 2014). Due to the implementation of any kind of unethical activity followed at the workplace the business experts have to suffer immensely in maintaining their sustainability. However, in being associated with the business industry any individual person should have proper skill and knowledge on how to maintain organizational ethics and behaviour at the workplace. 

In case of All Asia airways, the entrepreneur is corrupted. The person is running behind more business profitability by ignoring ethical beliefs and values. The product quality and authenticity of services do not get the first priority for that businessperson. In quest of delivering quick services, the business experts always intend to compromise with the quality. Eventually, the organization has lost their organizational glory and reputation. In addition, I have also observed that the entrepreneur did never show any sympathetic attitude towards the existing employees working in his organization. I have also observed that my moral competency rate is 65. Therefore, if I have been placed in the role of this entrepreneur I would never like to show my reluctance towards organizational employees. I cannot deny the fact that the entire success of an organization is highly dependent on performance level of employees. Therefore, I would try to show my systematic outlook for any challenges faced by the employees at workplace. In evaluating my leadership score I have achieved high marks which enable me to take proper decision in the right time. My self-morality, my ethical concern and value could have been a major prevention on my path. My creative activity score is high with the help of which I could have rendered business innovation within organization. Due to the implementation of any kind of unethical activity followed at the workplace the business experts have to suffer immensely in maintaining their sustainability.

After evaluating these three case studies, I have observed that ethical breaches and bribery ultimately hampers the entire process of business.  In this very specific study, I have gathered an in-depth knowledge and information that organization should follow a proper ethics and value while serving the stakeholders. Employees should be given major priority, as their existence is significant in rendering the overall success of business. In addition, I have also observed that ethical progress of business process brings organizational sustainability.
