The contextual factor of this article is the organizational structure and this article has described the various strategies to make the sustainable business. The major objective of this research is to focus on the activities related to the export together by considering the organizational structure that facilitates sustainability practices in the specific company. The outcome of the research is showed that despite the importance of formal structures focused on the fields of environmental management that are basic for the organization of sustainability practices. Moreover, the requirements of customer sustainability shows unresponsiveness to qualifications relying on the countries to which export are made.

The new finding through this article is that the research is based on the qualitative research and the main focus of the research is on the organizational structure. It is described under this research that the role of the customer sustainability requirement is necessary for the organizational structure. The manager of the organization would be facilitated with the new findings that he should focus on the customer sustainability for the aim of attaining the objectives of the company through organizational structure.

Environmental forces

The environmental forces are the major contextual factor which has been described in this research article. The article is based on the environmental factors that influence the intention to adopt RFID Technology in the retail industry. the article is on radio frequency identification (RFID) technology which is considered as the paramount tool in encouraging the competitiveness of supply chain organizations. The author has emphasized innovation model of diffusion, this study evaluates the environmental factors affecting the RFID adoption intention among the retail organizations in Malaysia.

The new findings of this article are that the overall compromise relating the remarkable influence of RFID upon the productivity level of the organizations. The comprehension of such influences will only be physical, and when, the system of the RFID is broadly spread and utilized in the supply chain. Experimental results show that social uncertainty and competitive pressure are elaborated to have effective positive as well as negative consequences in the intention of the firm to adopt RFID technology respectively. The new findings of the research would be helpful for the manager to focus on the environmental factors that can increase the productivity of the business. This research helps them to move ahead with taking consideration of the positive as well as negative outcomes.

Risks confronting the firm

The main contextual factor of this research article is the disk which is an unnecessary component of any kind of business. In this research article, the author has emphasized the various techniques to mitigate the risks. It has been found from the research article that the decision making process can be impacted by the risk. It is required for the manager of the company to propose a change by taking the risk for the purpose of bringing change within the organization. The employees’ comfortability is the main focus of this article. despite this, the article has accentuated the natural disaster which is the major reason for risk for numerous businesses. These natural risks are floods, large industrial and nuclear accidents, and explosions.

The new findings in this article advocate that the flexibility of organizations is not only dependent on the ease of understanding of the resources but also on the formation of the association which is official in the view of the workers and the strangers. It has been found from the research article that the change is mandatory for the growth of the business and t is apparent that this step can increase the risk. It is required for the company, according to this article, to take decentralized decision-making structures, more willingly than hierarchy. The new findings would be facilitated to the manager to get a better understanding for the purpose of maintaining the good image of the company in the view of the outsiders. Along with that, it is necessary for the manager to evaluate that how individual employees deal with unwanted events, and what can be ended to improve their flexibility.

Organisation and business practices

The business practice is the major contextual Factor that can affect the entire organization either in a positive manner or a negative manner. This journal article has emphasized the business practices in the context of improving the performance of the employee because the impact of the business practice can increase the productivity of them significantly. The business planning practices have been explored by the author in the journal article in the form of functions of authority formation among social businesses of Australia. It was apparent through this article that the goal of the organization is dependent on the mission of the organization. The main focus has been given by the author to the legitimacy formation in multi-goal forms.

The new finding of this journal article is suggested that the planning process of the company provides the unit functions about businesses. Along with that, it has been found that the implication of this journal article is to bring the better understanding about the legitimacy formation inside Multi-stakeholders. The manager can take decisions in the context of managing the company to maintain good bondings with other companies that have different goals and aims and it would be done with the help of the new findings.

The functions of diverse firms

The function of the organizations is different from each other as the aim and the objective of the company is entirely different. The major contextual factor in this journal article is functions of the diverse firms in which the author has described the small and medium-sized organizations that form service partnerships with nonlocal IT firms. It depicts the importance of the function of both kinds of companies in the context of making service partnerships. The discussion has been made on the various firms that have a tendency to develop the local partnerships due to trust developing and it has been investigated that some of them are connected in non-local partnerships. The main objective of this research is to find out the facilitators of this different organization behavior.

The new findings of this research article are that an entity should focus on the functions of the diverse firms because the entire structure of the company is different. The manager should consider those aspects that impact the decision-making process of the company because the contextual factor of the functionality of the business has kept a great role in decision-making process. It has been analyzed from the findings that the organization offer that the alliance capabilities of the organization can interchange the lack of geographical propinquity.

It can be concluded from the above discussion that the management and business context has the significant role in the process of the decision making process. The discussion has been made on the contextual factors as they impact the entire process of the company. The research has entailed the five topics on which the journal article has been taken. The first article of this research is related to the organizational structure. The second article is shown the value of the environmental forces and the third article has elaborated the risk and its importance on the business. The fourth article is discussed the business practices and the role of them in the decision making process of the company. At last, the discussion has been made on the functions of diverse firms. The new findings are elaborated in each article. The impact of new findings on the decisions of the manager has been elaborated under this research.
