Answer: 

The case study examined the importance of the career counselling and its availability among the students of the university. The study examined how the career counselling can help in building a good entrepreneurship skills and how it can help in reducing the level of unemployment among the graduates. Entrepreneurship is the process of designing a new business, launching the business and running the business successfully. Research hypothesises and three research questions helped in guiding the study in three of the top university in Nigeria.  The survey was conducted on 400 students of the final years from each of the university. Statistical tools like correlation and t-Test have been used for data analysis. Counselling helps in building personality and helps in guiding in a particular way that will help them in increasing their knowledge about the entrepreneurship. The correlation test that is conducted shows a strong relationship between the entrepreneurial skill development and counselling. Counselling helped the student in understanding what is required for having a goof entrepreneurial skill. Counselling can help the entrepreneurs in reaching their business goals. Counselling includes some traits that can be grouped into four categories:

• Personal characteristics
• Interpersonal characteristics
• Practical skills
• Creative an critical thinking skills

Personal characteristics include optimism, vision, drive for control, initiative, resilience and risk tolerance.

Vision: This means whether the individual can see the areas that need to be improved. An entrepreneur should have a clear vision about the futures of the company.

Initiative: The entrepreneur should have some initiative for which the employees will work. There should be an initiavt5ive by which the organization will grow.

Desire for control: Counselling helped the students by incorporating the desire for controlling and managing the employees of the organization. This helped them in managing effectively and makes them more responsible in the organization.

Risk tolerances: Counselling helped the student in understanding how to take risks and helped them become more aware of the situation. An entrepreneur should be able to take all kind of risks because a new and small business will face many problems in the market and the entrepreneur should understand how to handle those issues.

Interpersonal skills:

Counselling helps to understand the following interpersonal skills as well:

Leadership and motivation: It helps the students to understand about how to lead and motivate the employees and the importance of motivation in the organizational process.

Communication skills: Counselling helps in building good communication skills with the employees of the organization. Good communication skill is necessary in the organization to effectively understand the viewpoint of the other employees.

Listening: Like communication, an entrepreneur should also possess effective listening skills.
Counselling helps in building good listening skills among the students. Listening is important so that the entrepreneur does not miss any vital points during any meeting.  

Negotiation: Negotiation is an important step aspect of entrepreneurship. An entrepreneur should possess good negotiation skills to effectively negotiate with the supplier and other key stakeholders.
