The assignment is divided into several sections which delve into the marketing aspect of Telstra. The SWOT and the PESTEL analysis point out to the company’s business environment, the threats, the opportunities, the strengths and the weaknesses.  The marketing mix of Telstra describes its product, pricing, place and promotion strategies. The paper has a section which studies consumer behaviour related to Telstra. The competitive analysis and elaborating the importance of marketing to Telstra also form a part of this study.
