The aim of the previous assessment 3 was to deliver a convincing presentation to make the management know and understand the benefits of leadership skills in improving employee performance, multiplying the productivity of the organization and achieving the target mission. According to Day et al. (2014)“There is a relatively long history of leadership theory and research spanning more than a century …Given thatindividual leader development occurs in the context of ongoing adult development … we need tofocus on development as much as leadership to shed light on how this process unfolds”. Hence, from the above article and opinions of the scholars I have found that the motivating skills in the leader inspires the workers to work more efficiently and the trust bond that is developed between them helps them to have faith on each other necessary for achieving organizational goals(Cameron2012).

3. What worked well in your presentation? What aspects of your presentation requires further attention? Why?  

According to my observation the presentation was well structured and because there was a clear description of each of the leadership skills which the management could use to advance their employee performance.In my view the presentation had enough materials to pursue the management towards focusing on positive leadership skills and recruit a leader by evaluating his appropriateness.The management also could develop the skills of their existing leader by conducting a training session. As a whole the presentation was effective in attaining the objectives. However, I feel that it could have included few relevant models and theories of leadership propounded by scholars. The attractiveness of the presentation could have been elevated if few examples of companies running successfully with positive leadership skills had been given. As a whole it was a good presentation.
