The following paper aims to discuss the advantages of the various personal communicational channels that exist within the given organizations. The paper moves along to discuss the concept of the grapevine. The paper also discusses the concept of the interpersonal communication within the organization. Personal communication channels

The personal channels of communication refer to the specific communication channels that enable the effective communication between two different members who have been serving the organization. The personal communication channels might include the various communicational methods like the telephonic communicational channels, the communication that is held between two people who have been physically present in the concerned workplace scenario (Karjaluoto, Mustonen and Ulkuniemi 2015). The other way to develop the personal network within the business is to capitalize on the various external connections that are maintained by the various employees of the organization. The best way to implement the development of the personal networks within the given organization is to demand the proper feedback from the concerned stakeholders of the organization. Grapevine

A grapevine within an organization refers to the informal communication that is known to have been taking place within the given organization. Effects of interpersonal communication in workplace
