The goals of the involved establishment of both a theoretical and practical perspective for individuals to extensively study informal learning behaviors and formal training. Critical reflection of the research indicates how top leaders can acquire merits of using formal training on employees. It aimed at proper facilitation of continuous learning practices that would strategically solve future challenges that employees face in their daily work lives. (Clapp 2014, p.111).

The research reinforced the impacts of various feedback setting and the reflection regarding employee transfer of training. Qualitative insights and results were used making one to raise questions on how the male employee require feedback from the top managers as a way of promoting positive and goal driven leadership skills (Bourk, Cotter, Lalor & Johnson, 2018,p2163).

The assumptions targets on identifying the physical, mental and personality traits that leaders possess. The reflection here conforms to those in born traits leaders have. In addition, these assumptions from the identified theory in leadership were  accurate since they  identified  important leadership traits .These traits includes motivation that is desire to lead but not hungry for power, self-drive by the leaders, the issue of integrity and overall understanding of employees.

In general, the aims identified reflects on what employees should follow. Leaders ought to recognize their traits so as to give a sense of direction. The article on the trait theory gives a successful approach for explaining the image of a leader. Not all leaders will possess the traits mentioned.
