1. The person here is the leader of the organisation named Walmart in United States

Doug McMillon is the CEO of the company and acts as a responsible leader of Walmart Inc

It is important to maintain proper ethics and values to foster development of a positive work culture and environment.

2. The person is considered as a leader because of his ability to focus on managing sustainability and enhance the awareness among people

The leader has kept the staffs motivated through rewards and benefits for their performances

He has lead a strong management team to deliver the mission of “save money, live better”

The leader has good emotional stability to handle stress and develop good connections with the employees too.

3. The authentic leadership theory is an effective leadership theory and approach to leadership that focuses on developing the legitimacy and skills of leader.

Honest relationships are developed with the employees, which fosters the development of an ethical foundation.

The traits approach shows that the leader of Walmart  inherits personality traits  to manage the workforce
