This article includes the indirect theories that has the potentiality to enhance the level job satisfaction in the employees of an organization. Some of these theories that will be discussed in the paper are signaling theory, social exchange theory and affective events theory (Korff, Biemann & Voelpel, 2017). The theme of the article that is discussed here will be human resource management of an organization.

The article is concluded by mentioning the results of this practice of effective management techniques in order to increase the value of assets of both the organization and the employees.

The article that is presented here explains the performance of the firms that chiefly emphasizes on the job-satisfaction of the employees by applying innovative HRM systems. It has been established that the utilization of high-performance work systems influences the work experience of the employees of a firm.
