Analysis and description of process

The main aim of the module is to exercise my capability for meeting the learning outcomes while reviewing the health and safety policies for knowing how the organization “Greensafe” is able to provide health and safety services for the different industries and organizations. It is found that the planned time that is mainly allocated for delivering the project is around 61 days.

The main purpose of this entire study is to review the health and safety policies that is followed for maintaining proper health condition within the employees of the organization. This generally include providing strategies that the organization utilizes in context to health and safety for providing proper solutions by designing and delivering proper innovative programmes with proper cost and service advantage. The evidence that is gathered after the analysis generally suggests the organization utilizes number of health and safety regulations and policies so that the employees of the organizations does not have to face any type of issues and challenges related to health and safety. Some of the regulations that are generally utilized by the organizations include management of health and safety work regulations, and more. All this regulation and policies are utilized by the organization so that they can be capable of providing consultation, training and can audit the health and safety services of different other organizations.

It is quite necessary for me to understand how the analysis is generally performed by the team members and what type of information are generally provided to them. This generally include meeting with the human resource of the department to know about the aims and objectives of the project including the resources that is allocated for reviewing the health and safety policies of the organization. I also require information that is mainly associated with understanding the requirement of information and training to the organizational staff at the induction stage. An integrated management generally helps in integrating the systems and procedures within one complete framework to enable Greensafe to work successfully on the unified objectives so that health and safety policies are successfully reviewed.  It is identified that a quality team is mainly concerned with QMs so that both environmental as well as health and safety issues related with the organization can easily be mitigated. The organization focusses on quality management system, environmental management system and safety management system. Proper communication as well as negotiation is generally considered to make the entire project successful.

Proper communication is used by the team members to discuss about the needs as well as demands of the project so that the goals and objectives can be successfully achieved. Appropriate negotiation is utilized by the project team members to settle the differences within the project. It is identified that to synthesise as well as demonstrate skills and competencies it is very much necessary to select proper project team members. It is found that appropriate resourcefulness assists in utilizing the needed resources properly for reviewing the policies that are associated with health and safety. It is identified that the project managers utilize both material as well as human resources to finish the entire project successfully.
