Teams that are geographically scattered needs to have members with quality standards such as self-motivated, adequate communication skills, driven by outcomes, and have integrity. The team members need integration for a defined objective.  The team leader must guarantee that there exists a robust communication technology for the team members scattered in the organization. The team needs to be unified on a team charter, and the organization needs to communicate purposes understandably and often. The team leader needs to often provide fair as well as suitable feedback to all members and guarantee availability when the members are in need (Zuofa, & Ochieng, 2017, p.230).

Ineffective leadership

Bad leadership in the workplace will have a destructive outcome on the team members and may dent the image as well as the reputation of the organization. Poor leadership makes the organization to have the incapability to keep members as well as lessens the self-confidence of the team members, inspiration as well as performance.
