Apart from the resident coordinator, Rose George, there are other officers who are serving in the residence. Aldo Trabant is Security officer and is responsible for enforcing student code of conduct and maintaining the safe environment for the residents of the dormitory. Another officer named Bill Wells is a new Director of Ancillary Operations and Sales who makes major decisions that sometimes affect the operations of the Village Green residence. After observing the operations and activities by the management, Bill is now trying to alter the existing procedures and policies. However, his ways of functioning are not going down well with the rest of the staff.

Village Green has some resident advisors as well, who have important responsibilities of taking care of student needs, planning events and putting things in place.
