This has facilitated the growth in infrastructure, that is; good roads have been developed. The good infrastructure has aided in creation of job opportunities to Cabramatta community. There is a good flow of goods and services within the community without unnecessary shortages. The availability of these buildings has attracted different investors in Cabramatta, making their goods and services readily available to the community. This has led to creation of wealth and improvement of living standards of the residents. Cabramatta in now a conducive place where families can settle and have a comfortable life without major challenges being experienced.

Cabramatta was known to have Serbian and Italian butchers in the olden days, this is no more in Cabramatta (Dunn, 2003).
