Therefore, the broad definition of interpersonal communication is explained as the exchange of human communication, this communication has to impose influence that its purpose is to create and manage relationship between people (O’Sullivan, and Carr, 2017).

Because communication creates relationship between people, it is important to focus on the interpersonal communication skills, feedback is the major element of communication skills. Feedback consists of information that the receiver returns. These messages allow the sender to realize and understand the respond as well as the reactions of the receiver, for every message sent it has to have a reaction from the receiver. Apparently, the receiver can respond to intentional messages and unintentional messages, since interpersonal communication established relationship between people feedback stands as the central element. Feedback aspect plays a key role in enhancing that the essence of communication is realized.  The interpersonal communication skill encourages the establishment of good relationship amongst people who exchange information, especially family relationship and between colleagues in the workplace (Keerativutisest, and Hanson, 2017). The most positive and important impact of feedback skill in communication is that it allow the sender to understand the next step to take in relation to the reaction and respond to the sender. In general, feedback is an essential aspect which encourage reaching to a decisive and efficient decisional making process.
