Feedback aspect plays a key role in enhancing that the essence of communication is realized. The most positive and important impact of feedback skill in communication is that it allow the sender to understand the next step to take in relation to the reaction and respond to the sender. In general, feedback is an essential aspect which encourage reaching to a decisive and efficient decisional making process.
