Moreover, for gaining the efficient quality of the project, the project manager needs to incorporate the quality criteria of all the stakeholders for gaining optimum quality through the quality assurance and performance within the project. In addition to that, the continuing improvement in the quality of the project helps in improving the satisfaction of the stakeholders involved in the project.
