Introduction: 

A performance review is the regular review and examination of an employee’s overall contribution to the corresponding organization as identified through job performance. The aim of the present is to present a performance review of a selected agricultural job. The report presents the purposes and benefits of the review process for both the employer and employee. The completed performance review is thereby presented using a template. A conclusion is provided at the end that summarizes the key points from the report. Such an appraisal aims to evaluate the skills, growth and achievement of the employee that can direct future change in job role of the employee within the organization.

Performance review discussion 

Employee performance reviews help in recognizing the development an employee is making within the context of thee organization, in relation to the goals and mission of the setting.
